Thursday night ‘chill and connect’ class. As the busy week winds down, take time to find some peace within. We invite you to our Gentle Mantra Chanting, Meditation, and Relaxation Class—a perfect opportunity to unwind and rejuvenate body, mind and spirit.

In this soothing class, you will engage in gentle mantra chanting to elevate your consciousness, followed by a guided meditation designed to calm your mind and nurture your soul and finish with a Yoga Nidra practise to promote deep relaxation and sleep. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this class offers a space for all who seek tranquility and inspiration.
